To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
– More than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit is fully refundable or can be transferred to another appointment.
– 12–24 hours’ notice: Your deposit is non-refundable but will be credited towards your rescheduled appointment.
– Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show: Your deposit will be forfeited and a new 50% deposit will be required to make another booking.

All Sports Therapy sessions may include Winback TECAR Therapy, rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy joint mobilization, and soft tissue treatment where clinically appropriate and beneficial to your recovery.
